Exceptionally comfortable hotel with a good service, spent my time lovely here. The location was great, if you need to be walking distance to a castle and a palace. On top of that, bars and restaurants were walking distance to the property. I asked for deluxe room and it was airy.

Good location for visiting Krakow, it's very close to the castle, the center and the hebraic quartier and the main square and Kazimierz.

Comforts of good sized deluxe room with aircon were fabulous.

Really enjoyed that the hotel was peaceful and had competent staff on the reception desk. I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant at the ground floor of the venue. It was silent and had a delightful view of the park. The location was best possible - within short walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

Tasty breakfast, silent deluxe room. Marvellous location, near Polish Poster Art Gallery. Nice restaurant not too far from the hotel.

Not always friendly staff!

It is tidy and big hotel, the staff are knowledgeable and location in rooms on the street side the trams make a lot of noise is particularly good. The breakfast is savoury and enjoyable with real espresso coffee, has outstanding food.

Hotel was beautifully restored, really enjoyed our stay.

The room was a nice size and air-conditioned with a beautiful view of the park and walkway.

Overall great location just off restaurants, and the bus station and train station. For shots visit Radocha, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

We were given a deluxe king room, it was airy and silent.

Tasty and amazing breakfast, best ever had, with vegan options, sausages plus plant-based "dairy " products. Liked how the twin room with the window open was arranged when we arrived.

Charming hotel in a lovely building with good views of the park next to the venue and to the Wawel Castle. Luxurious, big room with a private bathroom and a shower and bath sheets.

Distance to the airport was just 25 km. We spent 2 nights in great modern and air-conditioned single room with a balcony.

The location turned out to be marvellous, close to the square in the centre of Krakow which is about a leisurely 10 minute stroll, shops, bars and restaurants and opposite castle. And it's just a pleasant stroll away from Miod Malina, ate there once or twice.
